I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, click 'Forgot password' and enter the email you use to sign in. You'll receive a link to set a new password.
How do I add a new user (doctor or assistant)?
Open Configuration → Users → Add new user from the main menu. Enter name, email and role. The new user gets an email with a link to set their password.
How do I authorize a new computer to access the practice?
Email ops@kat.ba with the computer's name (e.g. 'reception-new-pc'). You receive a .p12 certificate and password to install in the browser. Without the certificate, the PC can't open the practice URL.
SMS reminders aren't reaching patients — what do I do?
The most common cause is wrong number format. Open the patient chart and check the number is in international format (387 63 555 555 instead of 063 555 555). The magic-wand icon next to the field fixes the format automatically.
Are my data backed up? What if something is lost?
All data is backed up automatically every day. Backups are encrypted and stored in multiple EU locations. If you lose data, write to ops@kat.ba and we'll help with recovery.
How do I cancel and export my data?
You can cancel at any time — write to ops@kat.ba. Before the account is closed, you get a complete export of your data (charts, calendar, documents) in a standard format. No data lock-in.
